The world of the circus has always exercised an irresistible fascination on artists and characters such as Picasso, Cocteau, Kirchner, Seurat, Botero or Léger in their works have raided their members – jugglers, horse riders, acrobats, trapeze artists, clowns.
The CAM Museum stages this dream, which has inspired many artists by catapulting them out of the banal reality, with AperiArt CIRCUS and the Compagnia dei Saltimbanchi.
